As a JAMBA ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER, you will be the Store Manager’s second hand in running and leading a store location, by assuming an active role in providing guidance to your team and outstanding customer experience with high quality, consistent product and sound financial results.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum three (3) months experience as Jamba Team Lead, or in a supervisory position with another food/retail company. Service, hospitality, or retail/restaurant experience preferred.
  • Must have experience supervising line, staff and management positions.
  • Must demonstrate the following core characteristics: Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values, Customer Focus and Action Orientation.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule.
  • Be able to stand, bend, scoop and walk a majority of the shift and lift, up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • TB Clearance required, (done within 12 months prior to start date).
  • Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
