POSITION SUMMARY: This Office Administrator will work with the Maintenance Aviation Department and is responsible for documents processing, subscriptions, billing assistance, aircraft records upkeep, and customer service needs.


  • General office duties.
  • Prepares aircraft subscription documents and manages ongoing coverages.
  • Maintains aircraft records as related to all maintenance events
  • Assist with maintenance release inspections to ensure compliance with all scheduled maintenance activities and log entry accuracy.
  • Reviews and corrects aircraft documents.
  • Assist with vendor audits to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Assist with internal billing and records.
  • Perform additional functions (essential or otherwise) as may be assigned from time to time.


  • 3-5 Years of general office experience with emphasis on contract management and customer service.

  • Experience working with Adobe, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Occasional travel is optional, must possess valid driver's license and must be insurable under company insurance coverage.
  • Prior military aviation experience a plus.
  • Prior aviation terminology experience preferred.
  • High School graduate or equivalent, associates preferred.
