SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a crucial member of our talent acquisition function, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization. The ideal candidate is adept at leveraging various sourcing channels, possesses exceptional research skills, and has a keen eye for identifying candidates who align with our company culture and values.



    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
    • Employ proactive and creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions. 
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor talent pools, and emerging sourcing tools. 
    • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to gather comprehensive information on role specifications and candidate profiles.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout sourcing and assessment process.
    • Develop and maintain hot books/talent maps for key positions within the organization, identifying potential candidates and building relationships for future opportunities in key areas of need.
    • Keep abreast of industry developments and talent movements to anticipate hiring needs and proactively address talent gaps.
    • Cultivate and nurture a network of candidates who are familiar with our company, its values, and its unique opportunities.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with past candidates, creating a positive impression of our organization
    • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
    • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights to the talent acquisition team and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Maintain open communication channels with new hires, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
    • Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of various channels and sourcing strategies.
    • Generate regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.



  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferred specialization in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, team-player mentality with an inherently positive mindset.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and relationship building abilities.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
