We are searching for a highly motivated Research Technician to join the QA/QC arm of our Membrane Proteome Array team. We need someone with excellent technical and organizational skills to assist in maintaining the MPA libraries while still being a collaborative and supportive team member. A desirable candidate will have the skills to culture mammalian and/or bacterial cells and perform DNA mini-preps. Familiarity with flow cytometry and liquid handling robots are a plus!

What you will do at Integral Molecular:
- Perform assigned tasks in the lab, including but not limited to DNA isolation, use of automated liquid handling machines and aseptic mammalian cell culture
- Troubleshoot experimental issues
- Maintain DNA libraries
- Follow SOPs to complete experiments and assays, including good record keeping
- Work alongside multiple different people and teams
- Present data at team and company-wide meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, medical technology or a related field
- 6 months–2 years of laboratory experience (internships and student jobs are applicable)
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to standard operating protocols and learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills and can articulate in a professional matter
- Organization and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and demonstration working well with others
