The Maintenance Dept. is responsible for every building in which a resident does not live. Maintenance may include, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, ceiling, floor and wall repairs. Changing out light bulbs, pressure washing all areas. Provide janitorial services when necessary and full exterior cleaning of commercial building and facilities.


What does your typical day look like?


  • Maintain pools, tiles, decks, chairs, tables, trash, etc.
  • Maintenance may include minor electrical and plumbing, ceiling, floor and wall repairs
  • Daily event set ups and tear downs
  • Pressure washing
  • Supervisor will assign general maintenance duties inside and outside of buildings
  • Exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, and construction debris is routine and will often require the use of personal protective gear
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Previous pool technician experience a plus but not required
  • A minimum if high school graduate or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • Bi-lingual helpful but not necessary
  • Experience in building maintenance
  • Typical assignments frequently require that work be completed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Occasionally be required to climb ladders/walk on roofs
  • Regularly be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
