REQUIREMENTS:
- Desired; one year of experience in administrative position.
- H.S Diploma/GED
- Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work both virtually and in person at our camp offices.
- The ability to quickly learn and master registration and database programs.
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based programs-MS Word, MS Outlook, Chrome, Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to perform general office duties (answering inquires by email and phone, upload files, online record management, copy, mailing, organizing supplies and run all the mechanics of the office).
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL WORK DEMANDS:
- Sit and work at a computer station for extended periods of time.
- Stand and work at a computer station for extended periods of time.
- Stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Lift and move up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Can assist with special events outside.
