Role

In order to help drive our next phase of growth at DTiQ and as a member of our team you will provide support for various Installation regions as needed. You will be responsible for:

  • Initial calls to confirm location information with customers
  • Schedules Installation appointments based on technician's availability
  • Coordinates shipping of the equipment to arrive on time for installation
  • Keeps DTiQ Third Party Technicians informed of new installation appointments by entering the appointment in the Tech calendar, and by phone or email
  • Checks availability of Technician's Subcontractors for installations
  • Creates Technician's Subcontractors work order on Subcontractor's website platform when applicable
  • Ensures all orders are up to date in our system with the latest customer update
  • Responds to inquiries received throughout the day via email and phone from customers and associates in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal), must be confident when speaking with customers
  • Must have experience scheduling and/or dispatching
  • Experience with dispatching different regions preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented
  • Type above 50 wpm
  • Team-player a must as well as independent worker
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Sedona Software experience preferred, but not necessary.
