Role
In order to help drive our next phase of growth at DTiQ and as a member of our team you will provide support for various Installation regions as needed. You will be responsible for:
- Initial calls to confirm location information with customers
- Schedules Installation appointments based on technician's availability
- Coordinates shipping of the equipment to arrive on time for installation
- Keeps DTiQ Third Party Technicians informed of new installation appointments by entering the appointment in the Tech calendar, and by phone or email
- Checks availability of Technician's Subcontractors for installations
- Creates Technician's Subcontractors work order on Subcontractor's website platform when applicable
- Ensures all orders are up to date in our system with the latest customer update
- Responds to inquiries received throughout the day via email and phone from customers and associates in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by Management
