Who Your Customers Are
This role supports both internal and external customers. Internally, you will serve members of our Project Management and Service Delivery Team.  Externally, you will work with clients and Field Technicians .
Primary Responsibilities

•    Function as a Tier 2 – Tier 3  Analyst for our clients, Project Management Office, and Service Delivery Team.
•    Support Technicians on site with work related to IT Technologies. We support a wide variety of Managed Services from Switch Networking to Physical Security Installations, including CCTV and Surveillance. 
•    Perform the following functions for all assigned projects;
•    Understand project objectives, scope of work, and customer conditions for success.
•    Work with Field technicians to program, configure, and integrate IT deployments.  
•    Adhere to all Telaid Core Values.
•    Provide timely communications regarding all escalations.
•    Proficient in documenting all work within Telaid and customer portals.

Work Experience & Education

The Network Analyst must possess a high school diploma or GED and a certification or comparable experience in the IT field. Cisco or Juniper Certifications or in school to obtain is positively a plus.  Candidates must have strong organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Opportunity for entry-level positions is considered.
