Required Education/Degree: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree in a work-related discipline/field preferred.

Required Work Experience:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related clinical laboratory work experience.
Training in Excel, Word, Access and other computer programming is preferred.
Training in SelectIS Laboratory Information System and CareLogic Medical Information System will be provided.
Other Duties:
Knowledge of and understanding of the processes, methods, and operations in functional area(s) of responsibility. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility. Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and interpret results. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to plan, organize, develop tactical plans, and set priorities. Ability to solve problems and identify solutions. Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
