Role:

It Takes A Village Family of Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced Birth to 3 Teacher to join our early childhood centers; creating a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our children and contribute to developing curricula and activities that support developmental milestones. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment.

  • Conduct developmental assessments to identify individual needs and create tailored plans for each child's growth and development.

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness, administering first aid when necessary, and monitoring for signs of illness or distress.
