Description

The Facilities Operations Specialist uses his/her operational, logistical and communication skills to ensure administrative and operational effectiveness and excellence throughout the department; manages the Facilities Services budget at or below allocation; manages event approvals and reservations in the church event scheduling software (ChMS);  and oversees all Facilities Services Department procurement, record retention, invoicing and compliance.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree and 1-3 years of experience in an Operations or Office Management role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, proficient with Xcel
