We invite you to join GenLabs and its pioneering sales team, where we redefine industry norms and elevate standards.  We are in search of a dynamic and experienced USA sales professional to drive finished goods business across different sales channels.

If you're driven by this vision, you'll be tasked with rapidly expanding our customer base and refining our go-to-market strategy to drive growth, revenue, gross margin, and market share within the USA.

This position offers a hybrid work model.

Successful candidates with demonstrated success will:

  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new customers, leveraging existing relationships within industries and product categories such as dietary supplements, beverages, health and beauty aids, personal care, and pet care
  • Drive prospecting and networking efforts to establish connections with decision-makers and cultivate relationships
  • Execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and gross margin
  • Capture and communicate high-level customer insights to facilitate continuous improvement in strategic marketing and sales initiatives

Qualifications of a Strong Candidate:

  • A driven, goal-oriented self-starter who possess an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of tackling challenges and relentlessly pursuing improvement a person who consistently exceeds goals and lives to win
  • Demonstrate expertise in dietary, nutrition, food, and wellness sectors, coupled with the ability to lead, collaborate, and to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the sales team leader, setting clear KPIs to achieve company sales objectives
  • Expand the customer base, drive revenue growth, and position our brands as leaders in the market
  • Track sales progress and growth in alignment with agreed upon, established goals
  • Follow a consultative sales approach to secure new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Cultivate longer-term partnerships with customers
  • Engage with various GenLabs stakeholders, including purchasing, product development and quality, who work in concert to support your success
  • Serve as a product category and market expert, offering insights and solutions to customers
  • Conduct effective sales and technical presentations

Additional Duties:

  • Lead the sales progression for  customer accounts, leveraging CRM tools for efficient time management and data organization
  • Participate in sales team meetings, contributing insights on leads, opportunities, and challenges
  • Adapt to evolving work environments and manage complex priorities effectively
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures with meticulous attention to detail



  • Minimum of five years of successful sales experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or functional food/beverage sectors
  • Strong networking skills and industry contacts
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Proven ability to thrive in performance-driven environments
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation platforms
