Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but not required; with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a professional, client-facing environment.
- Excellent guest service skills: engaging, attentive, responsive and caring.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of firm personnel and clients.
- Punctual, dependable, organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The range of base salary* the Firm reasonably expects to pay for this role is $50,000 to $60,000. The actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon factors such as experience and qualifications.
