Skills and Experience
- At least five years of leadership responsibility experience in a church or more. Groups’ experience and training are preferred. A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in biblical studies is preferred.
Employment Information
This position is full-time, salaried, and classified as exempt 40 hours/week.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO. PTO is accrued on a calendar year basis. Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details.
403b Employees are eligible to participate in the 403b pension plan if they are scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. The 403b plan entry dates are the first of the month following the hire date. Elmbrook will match up to 2% on an employee's first anniversary.
Holidays Full-time employees are eligible for holiday pay. Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details.

This position reports to the Discipleship Ministries Pastor and serves on the Discipleship Ministries Leadership Team.
