Job Description

The B2C Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to attract talent (specifically interns, recent graduates, early and mid-career stages) and support the current thriving talent pool/ecosystem in Metro Atlanta. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing a team of marketing specialists (content, design, and digital marketing teams) and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C/D2C marketing (brand, content, email, social, SEO, SEM, ppc/display, multi-channel campaign strategy and execution, analytics), exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Content Strategies: Develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement across multiple channels.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes and KPIs.
  • Channel Activations: Manage and oversee channel activations, ensuring effective deployment of marketing messages across various platforms.
  • Coordinate Marketing Specialists: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, including Economic Development (Sales) and Communications, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Partnership Activations: Develop and manage partnerships with external organizations and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Performance Reporting: Consolidate and distribute comprehensive performance reports, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or account director role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and channel activation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
