Production Test Operator - 1st Shift - Lewiston, MN

Location:  Lewiston Facility; 1 Riverside Drive, Winona, MN 55987

Shift/Hours: 1st Shift, Mondays-Thursdays, 5:00am – 3:00pm

Position Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

The Team:
This role is a part of the production team. The team works with the scheduling, materials, and operations teams to accomplish work and provides necessary components to further processing.

The Role:

This position will primary test circuit boards during their work shift. Part-Time or Full-Time is allowed for this position.  

You will spend your time:

• Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools
• Perform machine operations as needed
• Rotate to various workstations as required
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment
• Follow prescribed safety regulations
• Complete tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands: 

• Frequent lifting and moving of lightweight materials (0-10 lbs.) up to 50% of time worked
• Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds, chest height up to 5% of time worked.
