CREtelligent is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our talented team. How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company culture.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations, advising management on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date and aligned with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.





  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR specialist or equivalent role.
  • SHRM -CP or HRCI PHR certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
  • Proven experience with the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite. Experience with Paycom a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Compensation:  The current range for this position is $25 - $36 an hour.  This range may be reassessed based on candidate qualifications.




You will be part of our paid time off (PTO) program giving you up to 12 paid days off during your first full year of employment. You will also enjoy additional time off during our 12 recognized paid company holidays. Very simply put we work hard and play hard so enjoy time off!
