Verity is hiring for aneCommerce Analyst at our Seattle, WA Headquarters location. This is a hybrid position; or has the opportunity to be worked remotely. How you can make a difference

The eCommerce Analyst serves as the technical lead on digital banking data and projects with a focus on member facing technology. This role is responsible for the successful analysis of digital banking data, implementation, and daily operational support of member-facing digital banking projects and digital-related initiatives designed to enhance the member experience through various self-service delivery channels. The eCommerce Analyst reports to the Director of eCommerce and collaborates with IT and other teams on a broad variety of projects, serving as data subject matter expert, adhering to timelines, and providing ongoing support for internal and external members. In partnership with Verity’s digital vendors, this role provides responsive technical support for all digital banking products, including Verity’s business and consumer online banking, bill pay and mobile banking.

  • Base Pay: This position has a salary range of $32.83(minimum) to $49.24(maximum), with a midpoint of $41.04. Starting pay is offered based upon an applicant’s experience and education relevant to the position.
  • Paid Time Off: All Verity employees receive 11 paid holidays per year and 3 floating holidays,as well as paid time off (PTO is combined vacation and sick leave.) PTO starts accruing immediately at a rate of 20days per year.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Work closely with eCommerce and related data to analyze findings and trends.
  • Recommend solutions aimed at improving the overall member experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with IT managers, the project management office, and other business units for effective planning and implementation of digital banking projects.
  • Support end users on eCommerce products and delivery channels through eCommerce data analytics.
  • Provide quarterly reports on eCommerce data analytics as per the Director of eCommerce's guidelines.
  • Monitor and report remote service and delivery channel utilization and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and CU leadership on member feedback and satisfaction.
  • Act as a technical support resource for member support staff.
  • Create partnerships across departments to identify data relationships and functional requirements.
  • Ensure digital channels meet Verity and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot internal and external customer issues.
  • Ensure written procedures for all remote service standards are documented and followed.
  • Create and expand on a standard recurring eCommerce data reporting structure.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 6 (six) months of self-service and remote channel development, implementation, and management desired.
  • Experience in a financial institution, self-service, or retail environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred. Minimum 2 (two) year degree or completion of specialized study at a businessor trade school required.
  • Minimum of 3 years data analysis and minimum 6 (six) months of experience in a product and/or channel support role strongly preferred.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Proficiency in digital platform data sources and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics. Ability to gather, visualize and interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize e-commerce solutions.
  • In-depth operational expertise with various e-commerce platforms, including digital banking, integrations to partner services, system admin tools and money movement features. Aptitude for analyzing complex issues while resolving system and user issues. Strong understanding of integrations, data flow and dependencies.
  • Effectively understand user needs, conducting market research, leveraging feedback channels, analyzing competitor offerings, and identifying product gaps. Manage product features, integrations and road map in support of eCommerce strategy.
  • Actively identify possible opportunities for improvement, elimination of user experience (UX) friction and prospects to enhance self-service and efficiencies. Leveraging concepts of UX design, customer journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, and personalized marketing to drive user satisfaction.
  • Actively works on projects, taking on a variety of roles depending on the scope of the initiative. Proficient in planning, communication, resource allocation, and task coordination to drive successful project.
  • Actively collaborates across internal and external partners to achieve common goals. Ability to dynamically prioritize workload to meet SLAs and foster mutually beneficial collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in various systems, including: Q2 platform, digital banking integrations, DNA (core), iPay (bill pay), Zelle (real-time payments). Integration services/admin support
