This Program Manager will lead a team of passionate Education Success Managers, partner closely with a family foundation focused on helping deepen MINDs impact, collaborate with educators across Massachusetts, work cross-departmentally to delight our district partners, and keep the entire project organized and on an upward trajectory.

The mission of this program is that Massachusetts will serve as a pilot site to test and create a best in class ST Math delivery model which:

1. Works for all students and differentiates across school contexts
2. Grounds all students in conceptual math and productive struggle as an integral part of their math education, leading to measurable gains in student outcomes
3. Brings a sense of joy and confidence to teaching and learning math

Master-level strategic skills to:

• Set a vision for the customer journey in this three-year program and beyond
• Be on a quest for continuous improvement
• Creatively organize a small team to make a large impact, owning the hiring, training, coaching, and support of full and part time colleagues
• Partner closely with Product, Engagement (marketing), and Partnerships (sales) to ensure that Massachusetts needs are met
• Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated deliverables
• Coordinate strategic recruitment of new districts with our sales counterparts

A deep love for data to:

• Coordinate collection and development of metrics and user feedback, share improvement plans, issues and their resolutions, and all other pertinent details with all stakeholders
• Proactively consult with districts to gain greater fidelity in their ST Math implementations
• Manage all aspects of the program budget

Unparalleled communication skills to:

• Serve as the main point of contact in the Education Success department with our philanthropic partners, proactively keeping them informed and iterating on our work regularly with them
• Monitor and report on progress trends regularly, provide individual school and district reporting, and develop and implement intervention plans for districts needing additional support
• Share insights into data trends and recommend solutions
• Plan and conduct meetings that build trust in MIND and the project
• Host customer feedback sessions and collate feedback to make improvements
• Serve as an ST Math program expert
