In the position of Project & Data Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing CRE due diligence projects from start to finish as client projects launch and are delivered through our innovative RADIUS platform. We'll provide comprehensive on-the-job training, equipping you with industry knowledge to excel in your role. This position offers valuable skills and experience that will benefit you throughout your career.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact

 

  • Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Due Diligence
    • Learn the CRE due diligence space, order processes, cycles, client base, needs and more! 
    • Use your knowledge to work closely with our internal teams, network contractors, and clients to support the successful flow of project work from order to delivery.
    • If your degree is in a physical or environmental science – use this position as a great stepping stone to explore CRE due diligence and advance from here.
  • Internal and External Communication
    • Communicate order flow and statues with teammates
    • Communicate needs and field questions with third party data providers
    • Communicate directly with internal and external clients to answer questions and obtain further details to ensure project accuracy
  • Scheduling
    • Coordinate the scheduling process and adeptly manage the consultant network, facilitating effective communication throughout
    • Assist with all responsibilities relating to onsite necessities such as property visits, documentation retrieval and project management
  • Data Entry and Order Processing
    • Enter project data, electronically file and update information in internal database
    • Review details of customer’s orders to ensure data requirements for processing orders are complete
    • Ability to accurately and efficiently process data in high volumes
  • Troubleshoot
    • Identify and resolve problems and questions in a timely manner offering solutions and/or re-directing to team members as appropriate
    • Simultaneously operate a variety of computer software and programs.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Examine documents for completeness, sufficiency, and conformity.

 

 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required, AA or BA/BS degree a plus
  • A degree in Geology or Environmental Studies a plus
  • 1+ years’ work experience in data-oriented environment
  • 1+ years’ work experience in a service-oriented environment, balancing multiple priorities
  • Environmental and CRE experience a plus
  • Ability to work and be successful in a fast-based, team-oriented environment
  • Desire to learn, grow and progress career
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well both independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent problem resolutions skills, follow up and attention to detail

  • Compensation:  $18.50 - $22.00 an hour.  We conduct annual performance and salary reviews to continue to increase your compensation level as you grow and perform in the role.
