The Client Services Leader is a critical member of the Services Team, serving within our ministry by managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes of the primary phase of the Transformation Model.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages programs, activities and staff providing vision, and direction needed to execute operating plans Recruits, hires, develops and evaluates team members with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities while building a highly engaged culture
- Participates in organizational design work to continuously assess the program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborates with staff and teams on issues and projects relevant to operational support and client experience
- Provides leadership presence on campus site for emergencies and essential decision making needs to ensure the safety and security of the campus
- Ensures smooth internal communication with all stakeholders ensuring effective execution of processes
- Ensures curriculum and interventions are in alignment
- Manages programmatic schedule and services to ensure the efficiency and efficacy of client progression
- Identifies and implements best practices to increase effectiveness
- Facilitates team and interdepartmental trainings and meetings to maintain precision of process flow and ensure consistency of services
- Facilitates methods to track client’s progress against the personalized service plan
- Produces reports of program status throughout the client’s life cycle
