At MIND Research Institute, talented and passionate individuals from all parts of the country are doing just that! MIND Research Institute, the creator of ST Math© is looking for a Regional Vice President of Partnerships to join the Partnerships team. Education Partnerships at MIND Research Institute works together to broaden and deepen our partnership base across the U.S., so that more children can access our proven approach to learning and teaching math. This includes increasing the number of states, school districts, schools and students implementing ST Math.

We are looking for a talent with profound knowledge of our ST Math program and the Education Technology industry.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Proven ability to attract, coach, develop and lead a great sales team
  • Proven records of identifying key metrics to measure sales professionals
  • Knowledge of the complex and consultative selling processes
  • Proven records of a quantifiable and verifiable track record of delivering revenue growth for E-learning or related technology company
  • Must possess a vast network in K-12 education nationwide
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
  • Knowledge of K-12 market space, e-Learning products, and educational funding source
  • Must have the ability to partner, persuasively, professionally, and successfully with clients
  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of the sales cycle, lead generation, opportunity management and a variety of sales technique
  • Must possess outstanding presentations skills
  • Must possess an audacious mindset
  • Excellent communications skills; effectively converse with multiple audiences of varying levels of sophistication.
  • Must possess the ability to coach or mentor others

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships and manages the East Coast sales team. This role can be located anywhere on the East Coast, as long as it’s not too far from an airport and you don’t mind turning on your webcam to build a rapport, even from a distance.  We hope this role will require some travel (when the world opens back up), the travel will be up to 50% when it happens again.
