Summary of Position

The International Sales Rep is responsible for managing all aspects of the Asmodee relationship within an assigned book of international customers as well as seeking new business in assigned territories.


Essential Functions:

  • Achieves yearly sales goals for each international customer.
  • Achieves all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI targets.
  • Adheres to top line strategies to grow sales and protect long term goals.
  • Collaborate with management to integrate territory growth strategies at a group level.
  • Hold regular sales calls with customers and interco partners documenting feedback.
  • Deliver superior customer service.
  • Solicit customers for new and existing products.
  • Interacts with team members, coworkers, and customers with a we versus a me mentality.
  • Reviews sales (shipments) every Monday morning for each customer and understands what factors are impacting sales.
  • Process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Participates in regular training to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Attends formal quarterly performance reviews where action steps to improve performance is identified.
  • All other tasks as directed by management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
  • Minimum one to three years-experience in sales preferably in the game market.
  • International sales experience a plus.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual, with Spanish as primary or first language, English as second. 
  • Must have exceptional skills planning, developing, and executing marketing materials.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to prioritize projects while meeting expectations.
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and frequent high-peak times.
  • Action oriented.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be trustworthy with highly confidential materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (ex. Word/Excel), the Internet, computers, and mobile devices.
