Asmodee is looking for a driven and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to join its International Sales team. Essential Functions:

  • Guide development and growth of existing accounts.
  • Interface with Supply Chain to provide invoices to customers timely.
  • Work with Forecasting & Purchasing to maintain product allocation process.
  • Troubleshoot invoice holds, manage payment for customer orders, inform customers when they have reached their credit limit.
  • Provide information about upcoming products, promotions, and backorders to sales team.
  • Investigate, resolve, and follow-up on customer issues/inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Interface with Interco and French Export to provide customer invoices, sales reports, and order tracking.
  • Track customer orders and provide sales reports.
  • Regularly meet with sales team to review weekly activities.
  • Process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Interacts with team members, coworkers, and customers with a we versus a me mentality.
  • Participates in regular training to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Attends formal quarterly performance reviews where action steps to improve performance is identified.
  • All other tasks as directed by management.

 

 

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area.
  • Minimum three to five years-experience in sales preferably in the game market.
  • International sales experience a plus.
  • French language skills a plus.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have exceptional skills planning, developing, and executing marketing materials.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention-to-detail.
  • Ability to prioritize projects while meeting expectations.
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and frequent high-peak times.
  • Action oriented.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be trustworthy with highly confidential materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (ex. Word/Excel), the Internet, computers, and mobile devices.
