Video Content Producer- Studio: Art Media and Materials [Graduate Curriculum]

- Textiles- Fiber arts and surface design
- Book Binding and Books Arts
- Digital Illustration
- Visual Literacy/Literacy in Art Education

POSITION DETAILS
Structured as a project-based 1099 contract position. Some travel is likely required. This position will work with the Chair of Curriculum Development.
We have been a 100% remote company since the beginning! This position is eligible to remote work from the following locations: USA.

Position Requirements

EXPERIENCE
- K-12 art classroom teaching experience or compensatory experience in a content-specific field related to the course being developed.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Fine Art, or related areas
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to view computer screens for significant periods of time. The Art of Education University is an online university therefore 95-98% of one’s time will be on or using technology.
- Ability to use a laptop keyboard with accuracy.
- Ability to hear at normal levels and through electronic devices such as laptops, earbuds, phones, and the like.

Compensation
Pay for this role is project-based and commensurate with experience, $2,000-$2,500 per project.
The Process
For most roles, the process is as follows:
- Step 1: Complete application and writing sample
- Given that AOEU is 100% remote, the writing sample is intended to see how you might work through some of the tasks, responsibilities, and challenges that could arise in this role. You will be given a prompt and be asked to complete an assignment. Your answers will not be used for any other purposes beyond evaluating your candidacy.
- Step 2: ~30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager
