Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Good standing membership of a state bar.
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on securities, M&A, and/or general corporate.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements within the fund manager, investment advisory and/or wealth management industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of effectively managing and leading a team of legal professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
