Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist with the Microsoft CRM database clean-up.  Review/Process account change requests including but not limited to account demographic information, account merge requests and account name changes while ensuring account hierarchy is accurately depicted within the database and application tools.   Work closely Business Lines to ensure seamless delivery.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Ensure database integrity through accurate data entry and account research.
  • Review submitted change requests meet the required criteria to be updated.
  • Process change requests to deactivate shuttered accounts based on DHC/Press Release/Website/CRM
  • Utilize established reconciliation templates to process account merge requests
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Process new account requests using established processes
  • Communicate any process deficiencies in a timely way to Order Management Team Leader
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven attention to detail and must be proficient with analyzing, extracting, and manipulating data. Excellent researching skills
  • Experience and knowledge of databases
  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills to validate data
  • Strong work ethic with an understanding of accountability in meeting business needs
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry helpful but not required
  • A minimum of 2 plus years of business or financial analyst experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Proven attention to detail and must be proficient with analyzing, extracting, and manipulating data. Excellent researching skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred with a focus on Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

Computer Skills:

  • CRM experience preferred
  • Proficient Microsoft Office 2016
  • Excel Skills (formatting, v-lookups; analytical and financial functions)
  • Ability to develop spreadsheets to detail and support transactions and provide data-driven insights
  • Manipulating text data
