OUR INTERN EXPECTATIONS
Our ideal candidate would meet some or all of the following qualifications:
- The Marketing intern must be able to work within a team environment and independently. They will be called upon to assist in solving problems for our families and go above and beyond to promote safety, fun, and a family spirit.
- The Marketing intern is expected to communicate quickly and efficiently with direct manager and other leadership team members. Use of organization-wide communication channels and policies are required (Slack, Email, Google Calendar, others as assigned).
- The Marketing interns are encouraged to pursue outside learning, formal training, conferences, networking events, and other professional growth opportunities.
- Other required skillsets for the Marketing Intern include:
- Administrative skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Design and creative skills, specifically using Canva
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute to team projects
