Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a high energy, driven, Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.  As a CREtelligent SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met, and in doing so, have the opportunity to work side by side with executive leaders across the business to gain a full understanding of our company, product offerings, platform, customer base, and the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to grow and progress in their career. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Generate net new leads, manage existing leads, and set appointments through outbound tactics including email, telemarketing, social media, and other programs/channels.
  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge to explain how our solutions simplify the CRE due diligence process
  • Through outbound tactics that include email, tele-marketing, social media, and other programs, generate leads, set appointments, and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Assist with the development of content that drives tactical programs
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a role requiring time management, great attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work out of our corporate office located in Gold River, CA
  • Strong desire and ability to grow and progress within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (CRM) or other CRM software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; desire to grow in your career

You will be part of our paid time off (PTO) program giving you up to 12 paid days off during your first full year of employment. You will also enjoy additional time off during our 12 recognized paid company holidays. Very simply put – we work hard and play hard so enjoy time off! 



  • Compensation:  $22.00 to $26.00 an hour plus a sales incentive structure with on target earnings (OTE) of $65,000 to $80,000 annually.  We conduct annual performance and salary reviews to continue to increase your compensation level as you grow and perform in the role.
