Description

SUMMARY:

The Receptionist performs routine clerical, and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year administrative experience

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Send out and receive mail
  • Issues keys for van usage
  • Manage supply inventory for Central office
  • Receive/Process/Distribute Mail
  • Filing
  • Monitor and add postage to meter
  • Assist employees with Paycom accounts, if necessary
  • Assist with running DSW and OIG checks if needed
  • Print monthly copy counts from all printers/copiers in respective office
  • Issue gloves to employees as directed
  • Provide general support as needed
  • Assist with any other office or clerical tasks as required by Executive Administrative Assistant

 

 

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking with attention to detail
  • General office skills
  • Experience operating office equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel a plus
