SUMMARY:
The Receptionist performs routine clerical, and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year administrative experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Send out and receive mail
- Issues keys for van usage
- Manage supply inventory for Central office
- Receive/Process/Distribute Mail
- Filing
- Monitor and add postage to meter
- Assist employees with Paycom accounts, if necessary
- Assist with running DSW and OIG checks if needed
- Print monthly copy counts from all printers/copiers in respective office
- Issue gloves to employees as directed
- Provide general support as needed
- Assist with any other office or clerical tasks as required by Executive Administrative Assistant
