Z-Man Games, a studio of Asmodee North America, is currently recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Manager. Since 1999, the Z-Man studio has published a variety of critically acclaimed titles from casual to complex, cooperative to competitive, small bag to big box—and everything in between. Summary of Position
Reporting to the Head of the studio, the Marketing & Communications Manager plays a strategic role in the marketing and communications activities of Z-Man. They will work closely with the team and the Head of the studio to accomplish a diverse range of tasks including the following:
Essential Functions
- Design, manage and plan the Marketing & Communication plan
- Maintain and mentor Z-Man marketing team
- Develop all digital marketing tools and manage social media presence (i.e. corporate website, targeted websites, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Create impactful content for social media, presentations, videos, and webinars
- Lead and execute the marketing plan and marketing ‘’kits’’ for the launch of new games
- Maintain supply of promotional print materials and items in collaboration with the team of graphic designers
- Format, optimize and distribute email marketing campaigns, internally and externally, including announcements, newsletters, and event invitations
- Carry out strategic monitoring for new industry trends
- Organize and manage international events
- Manage the participation at international shows, supporting logistical needs - this includes compiling invitation lists, managing RSVP and registration, and liaising with external vendors as well as managing installations and set-up
- Represent Z-Man during major events
