Growth Leadership                                                                                                  

Growth Leader is a mission-critical leadership role. For your respective center, you and your team are responsible for commercial excellence with emphasis on 1. quantity and quality of center development-growth, 2. quality of experience/service, and 3. overall center-level performance, productivity, and value creation.

In addition to servant leadership and top talent EQ/IQ, the Growth Leader operates in a highly dynamic environment where it is vital to 1. be a subject matter expert in all Sona-TDC processes (executing and solving for success towards KPI targets) and 2. actively communicate/partner on a daily basis with the GM, Growth, GM, Operations, and VP, Growth.

 

Role / Duties & Responsibilities                                                                             

Growth Leader has many responsibilities and serves in one of the most important and complex center roles at Sona-TDC. The Growth Leader is responsible for leadership and management of the center commercial functions (center development, service, P&L/Revenue value creation) and includes:

  • #1 Patient Clinical-Cosmetic Care for Life-VIP Value Proposition (clinical, cosmetic, retail)
  • Voice of the Client/Patient (and Referrals) for Innovation-R&D, Pricing/Promotions, GTM
  • Accountability for Sona-TDC Clinical-Cosmetic Business Model (up to $3MM P&L)
  • Active-Engaged Leadership & Management to Drive Daily Commercial Excellence
  • Strategic Plan/Tactical Performance (center BD-sales, service, P&L/value creation)
  • 10x Growth Blueprint/Playbook for Center (goals-objectives, checklists, reporting)
  • Commercial-Center Growth Organization (hiring, training, development, retention (culture))
  • Center Business Development (growth initiatives, MVP referrals, strategic partnerships)
  • Collaboration (Center Teams; Operations Leader; GM, Growth; GM, Ops; Corporate/VP Team)
  • Communication Catalyst (available, direct, empathetic, listen, mentor, transparent)
  • Data-Driven Analytics/Insights & Technology-Enabled/Accelerated COE Workflows
  • Corporate Administration (e.g., Sona-TDC Leadership, HR-Paycom/TriNet, etc.)

 

Growth Leader reports to GM, Growth and partners with Operations Leader, GM, Operations, and Corporate Team. The ideal Growth Leader will oversee respective Center’s growth and is a leader with strong interpersonal skills, professional and personal integrity, and an effective leadership style aligned with Sona-TDC’s organizational guiding principles:

Capabilities Experience / Expertise / Education                                                                         

  • 3-5+ Years Center Leadership-Commercial/P&L Leadership Experience (BD, growth, sales, marketing)
  • 3-5+ Years Healthcare (clinical-dermatology or cosmetic; bonus consumer/retail)
  • 1-3+ Years Growth and Innovation in Healthcare, Health & Wellness, and/or Retail
  • Track Record of Breakthrough Results (growth, innovation, revenue/sales, value creation)
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit (active/decisive, problem-solver, growth/innovation ventures)
  • Expertise in Growth Strategy including Leveraging Data and Analytics/BI Resources
  • Commercial Excellence Toolkit (BD, CRM, Organic Initiatives, Referrals-Clinical/WOM)
