We are looking for dynamic individuals to become a part of our sales team! We are looking for high energy, engaging, and enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for helping people through design and real estate. We are looking for strong closers who love meeting new people and building long-term client relationships, and who are also tech savvy.

You will be working with clientele and real estate professionals in the luxury real estate market within greater Los Angeles County. Comfort working in luxury markets is imperative. Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times and having great verbal and written skills are a must. Meridith Baer Home is a fast-paced environment and as a salesperson with MBH, you will be expected to drive to several appointments daily across town and county, walk properties, relay the value proposition for MBH, and negotiate and create contracts for clientele. You will also be expected to generate your own leads and referrals as well.  This position requires someone who possesses strong phone and cold calling skills. Having a strong attention to detail, a personable and engaging demeanor, rapport-building skills, confidence, follow-up, and an openness and willingness to learn new things, as well as a true passion and interest for real estate, design, and architecture are required.

We are looking for people who love working with people, who are both independent workers and team players, who are experienced in nurturing their client relationships, giving great customer service, and who are strong closers within the luxury market.

As a Relationship Manager - Sales, below are examples of some of the required activities:

Present a professional and enthusiastic demeanor to clients from the initial point of phone or email contact through the client lifecycle.

Easily builds strong rapport with clients upon the first meeting.

Provides clients with excellent and memorable customer service experience. 

Strong virtual and in person presentation and sales skills a must.

Working with leads provided my MBH in a positive and meaningful way to convert leads to clients at an above average rate. 

Conduct exciting and meaningful walkthroughs with clients to understand the architecture, design and target market of their home and to explain the benefits of using MBH to the client.

Present the products and services of Meridith Baer Home in a compelling and influential manner to demonstrate to clients why they must in choose Meridith Baer Home as their home stager of choice.

Strong closer.

Increase revenue for MBH as a result of your sales activity.

Independent worker with the ability to be a team player and work in a team.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Engage in Business Development strategies. 

Experience with CRM (Salesforce).

Establish, develop and maintain positive longterm business and customer relationships.

Ability to deal with high pressure situations through on-the-spot problem solving and customer service. 

Ability to drive for long periods of time and to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of two  years of experience working in a luxury market.

A minimum of two years of experience in a high-pressure sales (or sales-related) environment.

5 plus years of experience in high level customer service and problem-solving environment.

Proven track record in closing business with a high rate of success.

Proven track record in ability to build rapport easily with clients and maintain long-term client relationships.

Professional demeanor and presentation.

Strong written and verbal skills.

Deadline and detail-oriented.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Experience in a real-estate and/or design-related industry preferred.
