Responsibilities
  • Recruit qualified and interested candidates through networking, job fairs, social media sourcing, and/or other means.
  • Identify and pre-screen candidates through the Company applicant tracking system, email, referrals, and social media networking.
  • Interview, process, and assist with background paperwork and drug screens (if applicable).
  • Create interest and educate potential applicants that may pursue a career in aviation maintenance about the Company and our culture.
  • Attend career events at aviation maintenance schools, universities, and other aviation hiring or professional events.
  • Assist with and function as a team member for all recruiting functions.
  • Assist with staffing strategies for the assigned department.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors.
  • Performs duties as assigned and provides support to the Recruitment Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a full-cycle recruiter. Experience with talent development programs at the university/trade school level is preferred.
  • Strong experience using an ATS, Paycom experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations (FAR Part 145) highly desired.
  • Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong focus on confidentiality and sensitive data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while handling multiple openings.
  • Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 50%).
