POSITION SUMMARY

 

To cultivate sales and contribute to the overall well-being of the business.  Entry level position - $10/HR + Commission [15-20% uncapped].

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

 

  • Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls
  • Speak to potential customers by phone and email
  • Obtain and verify customer information necessary for Campaign
  • Describe program/product and explain program/product features
  • Conduct Accreditation sales
  • Lead-Sourcing
  • Answer customer questions
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Campaign program/product and participate in educational opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports

 

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

 

Education:  High School Diploma or GED equivalent

 

Experience:

 

  • Previous work experience required
  • Previous sales experience or telemarketing preferred
     
     
    Knowledge/Skills:
     
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday)
  • Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
