Office Ally is a True Health Information Network, connecting Patients, Providers and Payers for Electronic Data Interchange Medical Billing, Clearinghouse Services, and Electronic Medical Records to Include E-prescribing. We offer a complete suite of interactive ASP (internet based) solutions, allowing for patient care from the point of contact in the physician’s office to receiving payment from the insurance companies and providing overall care management from the IPAs and Health Plans. Our programs allow patients, providers, and IPAs/Health Plans to interact in real time, providing immediate communication between all parties. Our solutions include Patient (PHR) and Electronic (EHR) Health Records, Practice Management, Revenue Recovery and Clearinghouse.

Office Ally is currently searching for a passionate, collaborative, and detail-oriented Clearinghouse Success Manager. This position will play a crucial role in managing and supporting healthcare customers who rely on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for their data exchange and submission needs.

Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their specific EDI requirements and challenges.
    • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their EDI inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with partners to assess their EDI needs and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Oversee the implementation and integration of EDI systems, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
    • Provide training and support to healthcare staff on the use of EDI systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any EDI-related issues, such as rejected claims or data discrepancies.
    • Assist clients in optimizing their EDI processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, and issue resolutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, compliance, and customer support, to deliver comprehensive EDI solutions and resolve client issues.
    • Contribute to the development and improvement of EDI systems and processes.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and two (2) to four (4) years’ related experience working in account management or customer support with a focus on healthcare EDI, in-depth knowledge of EDI standards, protocols, and healthcare industry practices, strong understanding of healthcare billing and claims processes. Familiarity with EDI software and systems is a plus.
