Callen-Lorde Community Health Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the Manager of Patient Administrative Services (PAS). The Manager of PAS will serve as liaison to the Director and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations in the realm of patient flow, answering phones, patient registration and patient referrals. This is accomplished primarily by the appropriate and responsive allocation of staff resources, addressing patient complaints and facilitating interdepartmental communication. The Manager of PAS will also provide guidance, troubleshooting and feedback to the medical administrative support staff. They are responsible for administrative support aspects of the adult medical care provided to Callen-Lorde patients, and operates within the framework of Callen-Lorde's mission and applicable city, state, and federal mandates. This is a full-time position with occasional weekend and evening hours.
