Receptionist & Accounting Support

RIESTER is currently looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team! As the receptionist you will be the first point of contact for RIESTER and you will provide administrative support across the organization. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, coordination of vendors, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.


  • Greets and directs visitors to the company in a friendly and upbeat manner
  • Answers telephone and direct the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when associate is unavailable
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to company location, company website and other related information
  • Communicates with the agency through email on scheduled daily meetings and out-of-office reminders
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Coordinates travel arrangements across the organization
  • Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
  • Organizes and enters time sheet information for contractors and partners
  • Enters in receipts and PO information for credit card reconciliation in Concur ®
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (UPS, FedEx, USPS etc.)
  • Coordinates with cleaning staff to ensure all requirements are met
  • Maintains office supply levels including, ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution
  • Opens daily mail and distributes accordingly
  • Record client payments in the accounting system
  • Open jobs in the accounting system
  • Assist with weekly check runs
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating



  • Friendly and upbeat personality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office, MAC, Gmail and Concur ®
  • Professional appearance, including business professional attire
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and practice problem solving skills in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Able to work in the downtown Phoenix-Biltmore office 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday -Friday
