Responsibilities

Organize our catalog of software test scripts

Ensure all test scripts are properly tagged with appropriate components

Execute test scripts using a variety of devices

Understand software requirements and report discrepancies found during test script execution

Update test scripts as the software evolves

Document and report progress in testing and defects found
Communication

Report on testing activities using a test management tool

Proactively identifies problems with requirements (lack of clarity, inconsistencies) while testing, and communicates these issues early to help course-correct

Attend Triage meetings to report on findings and answer questions
