Job Summary: The RMIS System Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and overall management of CAC Group’s Risk Management Information System. This role involves ensuring the RMIS operates efficiently, securely, and effectively to support the company’s claims management efforts. The System Administrator will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the RMIS, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements, as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Maintenance:
    • Configure and maintain the RMIS to align with the organization’s risk management needs and requirements.
    • Perform routine system updates, patches, and maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability.
    • Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize resource utilization.

  • Data Management
    • Manage and oversee the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data withing the RIMIS.
    • Collaborate with the users to input, update, and maintain risk-related data.
    • Create and implement data retention and backup policies to safeguard critical information.
    • Create, manage, and maintain direct feeds from insurance carriers and third-party administrators.

  • User Support and Training
    • Provide technical support to RMIS users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
    • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to ensure users can effectively utilize the RMIS.

  • Customization and Enhancements
    • Collaborate with business units to understand evolving risk management needs and requirements.
    • Customize and enhance the RMIS to meet changing business needs, including the development of new reports and dashboards.

  • Claims Analytics
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify key data attributed and standardized mapping to support book of business analysis.
    • Develop requirements and implement the automation of analytical analysis into CAC Group’s digital platform.

  • Vendor Management
    • Liaison with RMIS vendor to address technical issues, obtain support, and stay informed about system updates and enhancements.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator or similar role, with experience in Origami a plus.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in RMIS software and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem0solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: $80,000- $120,000 depending on experience with bonus opportunity and competitive benefits package
