Description

In this role you’ll use your organization skills and attention to detail to efficiently manage stock areas, perform quality control inspections, and kit components for our in-house assemblers. This full-time first shift position is needed Monday through Fridays and includes opportunities for overtime, profit sharing, and bonuses. Responsibilities:
-    Responsible for the receipt of all incoming materials, supplies and equipment.
-    Puts incoming stock in to proper locations and ensures accuracy of parts received.
-    Creates bin locations for new stock components and notes this location into the ERP system
-    Monitors primary and secondary bin locations to ensure adequate stock levels.
-    Stage jobs by locating required parts and materials from inventory and delivering to work stations.
-    Assists individuals needing parts from stock area, ensuring stock requisition sheets are completely and accurately filled out.
-    Performs intermittent quality inspection on incoming fabricated parts prior to putting into stock. When kitting, a thorough inspection should also be conducted. 
-    Utilizes current production schedule to kit jobs for production. Tags and delivers to appropriate areas within Enercon.
-    Coordinates and processes internal transfers from each Enercon locations.
-    Maintain accurate physical inventory and perform cycle counts.
-    Maintains, routes, and organizes all appropriate paperwork.
-    Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Complies with all company policies and instructions. 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
-    High School Diploma or equivalent GED
-    Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
-    Working knowledge & familiarity with an ERP system, Epicor preferred
-    Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office Suite including Outlook and Excel
-    Ability to perform work while standing for long periods of time, and to performing lifting of up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
-    Ability to communicate effectively with employees throughout organization
-    Excellent detail orientation with good organizational skills
-    Ability to organize documents/projects in a timely and standardized fashion, and to work with minimal supervision
