Job Title: Sales Executive                                                                   Exempt or Non-exempt: Exempt                                    

Department: Sales                                                                              Reports to: Sales Manager               


The Sales Executive will integrate both sales growth and relationship management to current and future clients to support and increase our full suite of technology solutions and services.                     

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                  

  • Establish High Touch, with its expertise in the technology sector, as a continued leader in the marketplace
  • Engage in networking and prospecting of clients to grow net new clients for the company
  • Determine client needs and assist in developing solutions from new and existing product and service offerings
  • Build and manage a robust and dynamic sales pipeline for High Touch’s full suite of technology solutions and services
  • Manage and track all opportunities through the company’s designated sales methodology
  • Keep accurate and updated information on sales opportunities in the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate and realistic sales forecasting within proper business system and sales processes
  • Achieve annual sales quota around revenue, margin and activity goals as assigned by management
  • Manage established clients with goal to expand client’s portfolio of company solutions
  • Prepare proposals and present to customers; secure and renew orders, arrange delivery dates and other account management duties as needed
  • Ensure client satisfaction with current products and services and facilitate resources for resolution of customer issues, escalating to management as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate developing products and services to assure a high level of responsiveness to future customer needs
  • Stay informed of competitive landscape by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
  • Collaborate with Marketing in presenting products and services at various conferences, seminars and various other trade shows; follow up on advertising campaigns; invite prospects/customers to seminars, events, and webinars
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • 5 plus years of consultative business-to-business sales experience
  • Understanding of basic business principals with ability to relate to C-level resources
  • Passion for sales, solution selling, and client service
  • Strong drive and ambition
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Competitive sales nature with a desire to win and a proven ability to close business
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting new business
  • Experience and awareness of the IT industry
