At minimum, applicants must:
- Have received a high school diploma, GED, or equivalency by August 01, 2025
- Be between the ages of 18-24 (DOB must be between (8/02/2000 and 12/31/2007)
- Consent to federal and local background checks*
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Not have received a 4-year college degree by August 2025
*The Literacy Lab reserves the right to inquire about an applicant’s background check results after it has been determined that the applicant is otherwise qualified for the position, and after the applicant has been interviewed.
