- Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting or related field - required
- CPA/EA/JD designation required
- CFP or Series 65 designation encouraged
- 5+ Tax Seasons in public tax accounting
- Experience using Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite (UltraTax) - preferred
- Master at Microsoft Excel, providing clear outputs for analysis and comprehension – preferred
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen, consistent attention to detail
- Proven ability to independently analytically solve issues both proactively and reactively
- Effective at managing various projects and taking them to completion by firm deadlines
- Positive attitude, team player and professional appearance
- Adaptable to evolving processes
- Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with the mind-set of getting the job completed with quality and on time delivery
