Opelika Ford/CDJR is hiring! We are in need of Business Development Reps! Are you an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and strong skills with today's technologies? Then we want you to be a part of our team!

$$ COMPETITIVE PAY PLUS COMMISSION!! $50,000 with commission first year income potential!

FRIENDLY WORK SCHEDULE!!

The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and effective way with customers. The representatives will be using internet/email, mobile/Smart phones, tablets, etc. in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

The ideal candidate has previous Business Development experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a sales aptitude.

We are looking for candidates who have phone skills to schedule appointments! You must have experience in Customer interaction and a pleasant phone demeanor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answering phones and build client relationships, while delivering exceptional customer service

· Schedule appointments and monitoring customer satisfaction

· Develop rapport with prospective buyers

· Maintain and update inventory for sale on various internet websites

· Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions

· Accurately complete all transaction paperwork

· Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required

· Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Some previous business development experience - preferred

· Strong computer/internet, mobile/Smart phone, and Social Media skills

· Must be a highly motivated self-starter with outgoing, customer-oriented personality

· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff

· Outstanding phone and communication skills

· Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis

· Neat, clean, and professional appearance

· Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision

· Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights & weekends
