Multi-channel Product Market Manager

 What you will do at Integral Molecular 

  • Stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and coordination: Work closely with key stakeholders (Product Managers, commercial strategy team, sales and marketing professionals, company leadership) to ensure their perspectives are integrated into all aspects of a comprehensive marketing plan. 

  • Project management: Manage and prioritize workflows involving overlapping timelines and various stakeholders for multiple product lines. Oversee the marketing budget, annual goals, marketing calendar, and analytics reporting. 

  • Lead with data: Define metrics to assess campaign success from a project’s outset.  Create measurement strategies that are iterative, data-driven, and enable refinement of campaign tactics based on real-time insights. Use tools likeGoogle Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMRush to capture and leverage data to enhance campaign performance. 

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and opportunities, and promote best practices across the company. 

 The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Hands-on experience within a company’s in-house marketing team.  

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an understanding of how to implementmulti-channel marketing campaigns 

  • The ability to act as a bridge between the marketing team and key company stakeholders while nurturing team growth and development.  

  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and organizing teams 

  • Experience marketing B2B or technology-based products is a plus but not required 

  • Familiarity with science or scientific communications is a plus but not required. 

  • Location flexibility: Residents in the following states—PA, DE, NJ, NY—are welcome, with potential for hybrid work.
