We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our corporate Marketing Team in Irvine, CA.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and providing insight into our overall marketing programs, with a particular focus on email and text marketing. The Marketing Specialist will work on a variety of marketing initiatives, creating and improving campaigns across multiple channels, performing routine analysis, and generating reports. This position will work cross-functionally with other teams to develop content and strategies to nurture leads and enhance engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, analytical, and collaborative mindset and be able to manage projects under the general guidance of the Sr. Marketing Director.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and execute various marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, text, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Build and optimize email and text marketing campaigns, including automated, trigger-based, and ad-hoc communications.
  • Set up workflows including flow creation, data requirements, list segmentation, dynamic content set-up, and personalization for email and text campaigns.
  • Work with creative teams to create and iterate digital content such as videos, static ads and landing pages
  • Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor performance and analyze campaign data to suggest improvements.
  • Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness across all channels.
  • Maintain a content calendar to support various marketing initiatives, including new program launches and events.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting with analysts to provide a holistic view of campaign performance.
  • Provide support to other marketing functions as needed.
  • Participate in ad hoc marketing assignments and projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience in marketing, at least 1 year email marketing experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices extending to targeting, creative messaging, CAN-Spam compliance, responsive design, deliverability, A/B testing, and email performance metrics
  • Experience in creating and managing email campaigns in a major email marketing platform preferred (Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator preferred
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the capabilities of content marketing platform preferred
