Position Title: CDL A Driver
Department: Driver – Industrial (ROL)
Shift: Seasonal- Monday – Friday 4:35am – 12:35pm
Summary: Driver to safely and efficiently operate company equipment in accordance with company policies in order to deliver exceptional customer service. Works to create a hazard-free, accident-free environment.

- Make safety a priority at all times.
- Be courteous and professional with all customers, both internal and external.
- Report any concerns regarding equipment, routes, or customers to a Lead or Manager.
- Clock in at the beginning and out at the end of each scheduled shift.
- Report to work as scheduled and wear a clean employee uniform.
- Utilize all appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with safety policies.
Tactical Work / Tasks (Specific duties and operational responsibilities expected of the employee)
- Continuously meet driver expectations and requirements, including:
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete DVIR (Vehicle Inspection Report)
- Use of radio and customer tags
- Operate trucks and equipment in accordance with company procedures and standards.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company driving standards.
- Report any safety or quality concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain valid CDL A license and required CDL driver qualifications, including current medical card.
- Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Participate in on-the-job training to operate additional trucks or equipment.
- Assist in mapping efficient routes and use route books for accuracy and consistency.
- Follow oral and written instructions as provided by management.
- Practice legal and defensive driving at all times.
- Work independently, meeting deadlines and performance expectations without close supervision.

- Must be available to work holidays as needed.
- Drivers receive 30-minute lunch breaks per shift.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Work is typically performed in the field, requiring daily travel between locations.
- Position involves year-round outdoor work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
- Potential exposure to waste materials, including blood-borne pathogens, insects, animals, and other environmental hazards.
- Moderate to loud noise levels depending on location and equipment.
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and climb into or out of trucks or equipment.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 90 lbs occasionally using proper techniques.
- Use hands and fingers for repetitive grasping, lifting, and reaching tasks.

Salary Range: From $26.55 – $29.50 per hour (DOE)
