FLASH is looking for a motivated and effective candidate who will assemble, configure, and troubleshoot our FlashPARCS product, as well record inventory and arrange shipment of completed assemblies.



  • Follows a layout to place computer-generated vinyl or full color graphic images on a pre-determined substrate or medium
  • Prepares substrates for application, which may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application
  • Works on different projects simultaneously
  • Assemble hardware and install and configure software and drivers
  • Package and consolidate FLASH finished products
  • Maintain and repair equipment (e.g., tablet or small form factor PCs) or peripheral devices
  • Perform software upgrades as requested, managing both business standard and proprietary software
  • Maintain Inventory records and communicate with Operations team members
  • Manage shipment of completed assemblies
  • Performs routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
  • Operate vinyl production equipment including a Mutoh printer and Flexisign software



  • At least 1 year of experience with vehicle wrap or similar vinyl application
  • Thorough knowledge of Windows PC environments and associated components
  • Experience with troubleshooting methodologies
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting and evolving priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Comfortable with autonomy and self-motivated
  • Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift - up 75 pounds
  • Able to use hand tools and operate warehouse equipment
  • Prior assembly experience required, basic electro-mechanical
