Director of Deaf Outreach

The Coordinator of WORK Inc’s Deaf Consultation and Outreach is responsible for marketing and networking to advance the services of the statewide Outreach Contract.  Primary services include provider and family capacity building through education, tools, and resources to support and foster the independence of deaf individuals eligible for services through the Department of Developmental Disabilities.

ASL Fluency

Bachelor’s degree preferred however can substitute a High school/GED with a minimum of 2-year experience in working with Deaf adults with developmental disabilities.

 Marketing and networking experience 

Professional, excellent social and presentation skills, responsible, creative

Active/Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
